We are looking for an HR Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.

  • Assist with HR policy implementation, compliance, and SOP updates.

  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and internal communication.

  • Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate when required.

  • Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll input.

  • Work closely with operations teams to meet staffing needs across outlets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.

  • Around 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in the food or hospitality sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, and labour procedures.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
