We are looking for an HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Assist with HR policy implementation, compliance, and SOP updates.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and internal communication.
Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate when required.
Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll input.
Work closely with operations teams to meet staffing needs across outlets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Around 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in the food or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, and labour procedures.
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
