The Human Resources department provides overall policy direction on HR issues and administrative support functions related to the management of our 750 employees.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team
- Responsible for filing and proper maintenance of employee files
- Compile and update employee records
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist the payroll officer in payroll preparation by compiling relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, latenesses, etc)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist in the on-boarding process of newly hired employees
- Assist the recruitment consultant to screen candidates and update the related database
- Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or equivalent
- Proficiency of Microsoft tools
- Good communications & organizational skills
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Relevant experience would be an advantage
