The Human Resources department provides overall policy direction on HR issues and administrative support functions related to the management of our 750 employees.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR team
  • Responsible for filing and proper maintenance of employee files
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist the payroll officer in payroll preparation by compiling relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, latenesses, etc)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in the on-boarding process of newly hired employees
  • Assist the recruitment consultant to screen candidates and update the related database
  • Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or equivalent
  • Proficiency of Microsoft tools
  • Good communications & organizational skills
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Relevant experience would be an advantage
