KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Prepare and analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and drive continuous improvement
- Assist the onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensuring employee records and HR database are up to date
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding
- Collaborate with HRBPs in effective and efficient manner
- Plan and organize events and activities
- Follow up on budget
- Ensure we are aligned with legal standards and best practice
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good understanding of local labor laws
- High attention to details and ability to handle confidential information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within HR field
