Our Client is seeking to recruit an HR & Admin Manager for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Assists CEO in the recruitment, training and promotion of all employees
. Issue employment letters
. In charge of the day to day operations of the human resources functions.
. In charge of administrative team/duties.
. Keep track of any changes in the Employment Rights Act and Employment Relations Act
. Responsible of the various monthly payroll transactions.
. Screen jobs applications prior to recruitment and selection.
. Issue Employment letter and other annexes to new employees.
. Supervise training and induction programme for new staff members.
. Build and maintain good human relations and act as a link between Management and employees on human resources issues.
. Keep CEO and Senior Managers informed of specific problems which are not being adequately addressed.
. Ensure compliance and adherence to the various company policies.
. Manage the purchase of stationeries and other office requirements.
. Monitor/record the attendance of employees.
. Keep updated Employees’ Personal Files.
. Guide employees on company policies, benefits, procedures etc..
. Maintain good and regular contact with our Medical Insurers and Pension Administrators.
. Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
. Address grievances and demands and provide employees with counselling.
. Investigate for appropriate training opportunities for staff.
. Book training courses and process for HRDC refund.
. Responsible for the yearly renewal of uniforms for staff and office attendants.
. Verification and approval of Purchase Orders.
. Verification and signature of cheques.
. Manage petty cash and postage expenses.
. Manage contracts of various service providers (Vaneron, Hardy Henry, Transport etc)
. Supervise office cleaners team.
. Treat sensible data/information with confidentiality.
. Planning/coordinating end-of-year event.
. Any other related work.
SECRETARIAL DUTIES
. Draft and prepare occasional letters for CEO
. Make necessary arrangements for CEO’s Overseas missions
. Arrange and Follow-up CEO’s appointments
