HEAD OF ELECTRONIC PRODUCTION

Reporting to the Electronic Manager, you will directly supervise all aspects of daily operations including managing the planning, the field team on site and projects.

The job:

Reporting to the Electronic Manager, you will directly supervise all aspects of daily   operations including managing the planning, the field team on site and projects.

This key position supports deployment of operations strategy, control systems, equipment, resources optimization, quality, manage procurement and metrics to accurately measure progress and implement corrective actions.

You have:

• Proven Leadership experience
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, technical or an applicable business field
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to use good judgment to resolve conflict
• Strong background in employee management and coaching
• Substantial experience in project management and process improvements
• Excellent communication, change management and organizational skills
• Behaving with authenticity and integrity always
• Be results orientated, driven and resilient
• A valid driving license and certificate of character
