Guest Relations Officer - Dinarobin Beachcomber

Assists guest/groups on arrival, departure and during stay. Provides efficient and prompt service to guests in accordance with Hotel standards and procedures Adheres to Hotel rules & regulations and performs ancillary duties.

Profile:

• Have a pleasant and outoging personality
• Fluent in both English and French; a third language will be a definite advantage
• Be ready to perform odd hours of work
• Dynamic, self-motivated and should possess good leadership and communication skills
• Good negotiating and selling skills, knowledge of current markets
• Must be conversant in computer opertations, knowledge of Starlight will be an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar field will be an asset
