To provide guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance, consistency and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide all hotel guests courteous and efficient service from arrival to departure.
- To act as a translator for Chinese-speaking guests.
- To establish relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
- Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Demonstrates a high degree of culture and service standards awareness; and acts as role model.
- Promote all facilities and services offered by the resort.
Experiences and Qualifications:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- National Certificate in Front Office or diploma in Tourism Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Chinese and English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
- A clean Certificate of Character is a must.
