TROPIC KNITS Group member of CIEL Textile is looking for a Graphic Designer for its Printing Department. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility to perform accurate and professional colour separations, ensure correct film flashing as well as sublimation printing.
Job Description:
- Using graphic design software such as CAD, Illustrator and Photoshop, rework original artwork by changing layouts, colour, size, rotation or placement of elements to facilitate printing of artwork.
- Develop production ready print artwork files in repeat with colour separation.
- Perform correct Flash process of designs
Key competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in using graphic software such as CAD, Illustrator and Photoshop and other graphic software available.
- Proficient in colour separation and technical details.
- Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a good team spirit in the team.
- Strong knowledge of fabric construction and colour as well as textile manufacturing and printing processes.
Qualification Required:
- Candidates should have a minimum of HSC with 3 years of experience as Graphic Designer in the textile industry
- Candidate should be conversant with Photoshop, CAD and Adobe Illustrator
