Our Client, a major player in the gaming industry, is looking for a General Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will be expected to:
Review and maintain systems and procedures for maximum efficiency.
Manage staff for optimum performance.
Enhance Company image.
Apply strategic planning to determine Company and Unit objectives.
Hire and supervise senior staff.
Keep abreast of all changes in the legislation and take measures to implement such changes
Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximise operating efficiency while minimising risks.
Coordinate financial and budget activities.
Apply all Anti Money Laundering measures as needed.
Required skills and experience:
Master’s degree or equivalent or relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of best management principles and practices.
Knowledge of strategic planning.
Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of office administration and procurement procedures.
Proficient in MS Office software applications.
Experience in the gaming sector will be an advantage.
