Fund Administrator

A corporate service provider is looking to recruit a motivated individual in the position of Fund Administrator.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Fund services in line with clients’ and regulatory requirements
  • Carry out administration of funds and all associated special purpose vehicles
  • Prepare agenda, minutes of meetings and resolutions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual compliance deliverables
  • Ensure pre-agreed internal and external deadlines are met
  • Carry out reconciliation of accounts
  • Liaise with auditors to clear audit queries

Competencies:

  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a Finance-related discipline) or partly ICSA qualified
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
