Responsible to plan and to coordinate the smooth day to day operation of the Front Office Department at Tamassa Resort. The Front Office Manager will also be responsible to control the allocation of rooms whilst adhere to the financial procedures.
Responsibilities:
• The Front Office Manager will report to the General Manager;
• Overseeing the smooth operation of the Front Office department;
• Interacting with guests to assist and obtain feedback;
• Front Office Team Members’ management;
• Ensure quality assurance within the department;
• Room inventory management;
• Liaising with Reservation requests.
Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years in the Front Office operation in a luxury hotel;
• At least 2 years as Assistant Front Office Manager.
Other requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French;
• A third language will be a definite advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, during weekends and public holidays;
• Proactivity in guests requests and needs anticipating;
• Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
