Experience:10 Years Experience in similar hotel,strong familiarity with hotel management such as MS office tools,Opera,Micros,WinHMS
-Capability:Assist the HRM to develop training programs
-Customer:Coordinate & supervise activities,ensure effective guests satisfaction & handle guest complaints effectively in the long run.
-Finance:Prepare the department(Capex,Opex etc.)
-Process:Prepare & Communicate the F&B operations plans and monitors its implementation.
