Finance Senior Manager (1745-FSM)

The company identifies and drives financial improvements whether through pricing, efficiency, resource allocation or cost management as well as prepare financial plans, targets, budgets and forecasts for the business unit and report on financial and non financial performance against these.

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Finance Senior Manager for its operation.  

Responsibilities:

. Business Strategy planning

. Budgeting and forecasting

. Interpretation and reporting of the monthly financial results; recommending actions

. Performance Management and improvement

. Financial control and compliance

. People management and development of others

. Able to apply knowledge to provide advice to the business in line with the company policies and accounting standards

. Be forward thinking and be able to develop innovative solutions to support the business growth and profitability targets

Profile:

. ACCA Qualified

. At least 10 years' experience as financial controller, or in a similar role

. Good planning and organisational skills

. Excellent analytical and communication skills

. High level of computer literacy, word, excel and powerPoint
