Our Client in the insurance field is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager for its operation. The candidate will need to give strategic and operating support to the company whilst managing the finance related activities including budgeting, financial planning & analysis and forecasting question.
Responsibilities:
. To orchestrate and maintain effective budgetary control and management reporting systems
. To analyse trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses
.To plan, organise and control the finance department activities
. To prepare the financial statements and to handle year end audits
. To monitor cash flows, prepare and control budgets
. To drive an efficient, effective team
Profile:
. A fully qualified accountant or equivalent with at least 5 years post qualification accounting and finance experience
. A solid track record in a financial management role
. Demonstrated ability to manage a team and inspire teamwork
. Strong analytical skills
. Demonstrated leadership skills with a self started attitude
. Excellent communciation and interpersonal skills
. Ability to problem solve creatively
. Must give a great attitude, be self motivated and self organised
. Ability to build effective relationships and partner with internal customer
