Finance & Accounting Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leaders in the distributive sector. The selected candidate has to be an ambitious finance/ accounting professional and will report directly to the CEO.

Main Duties:

• Assist in the strategic & commercial development of the organisation by providing and analysing financial data
• Manage & coach the accounting staff; ensure that the accounting department runs smoothly & efficiently
• Prepare management reports, budgets and financial statements/ dashboards
• Formalise & implement accounting systems and policies
• Perform internal audits & reinforce the internal control procedures
• Prepare budgets & forecast financial figures
• Analyse & control income & expenditure

Qualifications/Experience:

• Fully qualified ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
