F&b Outlet Supervisor

Casela Ltd. is looking for a highly-motivated and skilled candidate on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Supervise the service to maintain the quality standard according to the norms established.

•Make sure that all the rules concerning ordering and billing are respected in ac consistent manner.

•Assist the Outlet Coordinator in the improvement of menu offering to exceed customers’ expectations continuously.

•Conduct frequent inspection of the cleanliness of the work place, equipment and mise-en-place.

•Assist in the planning, controlling and coordinating the outlets organization.

•Assist in conducting inventory of materials and to make sure that they are correctly used and controlled.

•Verify quantity and quality of requisition supplies received from storekeeper to ensure conformity with requisition list.

•Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.

•Support in the implementation and maintaining a food safe workplace by following company's food safety policies and procedures

Candidate’s Profile:

• Hold a relevant Vocational Certificate in Restaurant and Bar Service.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

•At least 3 years at a supervisor level.

•Upbeat and outgoing personality with a high level of self - confidence.

•Ability to work well under pressure and A team player

•Be flexible to work on a shift system
