We are currently looking for an Expatriate Coordinator to manage and deal with workers of Indian and Bangladesh origin.

 

We are currently looking for an Expatriate Coordinator to manage and deal with workers of Indian and Bangladesh origin.

The Expatriate Coordinator will have the responsibility to coordinate, follow-up, implement and all administrative, logistics and any other activities related to our construction expatriate workers. (Transport of workers, opening of bank accounts, medical visits, work permits, repairs coordination, etc…)

The recruited candidate will report to the Group HR Manager and will work in close collaboration with all relevant departments for the proper delivery of his/her duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • HSC or Diploma Holder in Business Management/Business Administration/HR Management or other relevant qualifications
  • Proven hands on work experience in dealing with Indian/Bangladeshi/Nepalese Expatriate workers.
  • Valid driving license and must have own car.
  • Good communications skills – both verbal and written in English, French and Hindi is compulsory.
  • Good IT skills and proficient in MS Office package.
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy – Reference checks will be carried out and a morality certificate to be produced
  • Works well in a team environment, Likes challenges and Wants to make a difference
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
