• HSC or equivalent
• NC3 Housekeeping / Diploma in Hospitality Management
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position in a Luxury Resort
• Strong knowledge in Housekeeping operations
• Excellent leadership skills
• Inspect guest rooms as per hotel standards
• Pleasant & outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills both English and French
