The Entertainment Manager will have to ensure smooth execution of the entertainment offer delivered by the entertainment team in line with the programme of events.

Responsibilities
• Welcomes guests, Eductour visitors and ensures an effective assistance to them during their stay.
• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Actively invites guests to participate in various entertainment activities.
• Verifies that entertainment activities proposed create good hotel atmosphere and are appreciated by guests.
• Hosts educational visits when requested.
• Promotes and sells F&B outlets, events and theme nights, according to targets set by Management.
• Promotes and sells the various facilities and services of the Hotel, according to targets set by Management.
• Ensures guest communication is optimised.
• Supervises activities of Team Members and allocates tasks responsibilities for the Entertainment Team.
• Organises and facilitates on-the-job training and coaching sessions in order to develop knowledge and competencies.
• Monitors the proper use, maintenance and storage of all equipment and material in the Entertainment Department.
• Develops and organises activities and shows, to ensure a varied and high quality daily entertainment program.
• Participates in show performance when required.
Experience:
• 2 – 5 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills required:
• High levels of integrity;
• Leadership skills;
• Leads a polyvalent team (sports, animation and mini-club)
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
