The Entertainer is responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment programme for guests during their entire vacation by creating a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate and help in the organisation of all sports and entertainment activities for our in-house guests namely table tennis, tennis, beach volleyball, football, petangue, bicycle tour, team building activities, croquet, aqua gym, archery, yoga, fitness initiation, mini club etc
  • Give assistance to guests using our gym house and maintenance of the equipments.
  • Ensure that all sports equipment are kept clean and tidy
  • Establish programme for specific period according to likings of guests
  • Disseminate information by posting daily programme on notice board and by canvassing guests to participate in activities.
  • Welcome guests at playing points and invite to participate in games
  • Organise and animate competition among guests in games and sports & to attribute prizes to winners
  • Participate in games and sports as co-partner
  • Initiate first time players to rules and procedures.
  • Make inventory of sport equipment in collaboration with Sports and Entertainment Manager for control purposes and submit requisition to Purchasing Officer for replenishment or addition of sports materials.
  • Understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel's Employee Rules & Regulations.
  • Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
  • Ensure that grooming standard is strictly adhered to.
  • Demonstrate respect to management and team member while addressing them.
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and neat appearance.
  • Ensure to maintain a personal attitude of high standard and quality, which produce efficiency, and productivity of the department.
  • Attend briefings and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures in any situation.
  • Support the management operations and decisions.
  • Maintain at all times good customer relationship
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Management.
