This office-based position is to provide editorial and administrative support to the editorial team. The Editorial Assistant must be an enthusiastic writer with previous experience in online content production, an efficient team player, and willing to unleash their creative mind.
The Editorial Assistant is reporting directly to the Editorial Manager and actively contributes to the following parts:
Responsibilities
Support the editorial team throughout the stages of the publishing process
Communicate with in-house editorial staff to monitor the publishing process
Source and collate the work of freelancers
Update existing content
Pitch ideas for articles
Conduct primary online research and interviews
Write articles according to our editorial guidelines
Upload text and images on our CMS
Qualifications

Excellent command of English | Fluent in French |
