E-Commerce Coordinator (2049-ECCOR)

Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Coordinator who will work for the different e-commerce websites of the company and assist with digital marketing actions. The incumbent will report to the Local Executive Manager and/or Head of E-Commerce.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate and update product information and content on the website.
• Serve customers by providing product and service information.
• Resolve product or services problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
• Assist with stock management.
• Assist with online marketing actions management (special promotions, etc.)
• Liaise with the Webshop Project Manager, the Sales and Production team to ensure that the work in progress falls within the allocated time frame.

Other Responsibilities:

• Monitoring orders.
• Monthly reporting.

Profile

• HSC/BAC+3 minimum.
• 3 years previous experience in a related position is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English (oral & written) is a requirement. Dutch and/or all other languages are an asset.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) at intermediate level.
• Knowledge in web tools/design, Magento ad Mailchimp is an asset.
• Ability to analyse problems and strategies for better solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Goal oriented, organised team player.
• Working hours optional from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
