Manage the Dye house Production, Quality and Personnel`s Create and edit dyeing programs in Centralized Supervisory System (Training will be provided) Run lab and bulk tests with new chemicals and processes. Analyze process failures. Prepares and analyses key performance indicators for dye house
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in bleaching & dyeing
Prepares bleaching, dyeing and training solutions according to specified formula
Examines processed pelts and reports irregularities in dyeing and training process to chemist and Management
Trains workers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Tertiary Level
Computer Literate
At least 5 years experience as Dye House Manager
