The main duties of the Driver are to drive guests from/to airport carefully and in line with Hotel’s policies and regulations and also to do shuttle trips between the Reception and the Golf Courses.
DUTIES:
Report on duty as per the roster and to respect the shift system(morning, evening and overnight)
Adhere to grooming policies: clean and tidy wearing the correct attire and name badge
To observe all company rules and regulations as regards to attitude, behavior, health, safety and security
To perform duties in accordance with Company minimum standards and Departmental procedures
To perform any others duties as may be assigned by the Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager in Charge of Villas.
To inform management about guest’s arrival and departure
To assist other department when required
To ensure all customers’ requests are handle quickly and efficiently.
To activate a quick response to a guest problem, and then follow up to ensure the guest is satisfied with the end result.
To set an example at all time within the department regarding attitude and professionalism.
To drive and maintain the vehicles according to hotel policy
Report to FOM any irregularities related to Limousine and shuttles
Ensure Limousine and shuttles are kept clean and tidy at all time.
Follow up on Maintenance and servicing of vehicles regularly
Adhere to the grooming policy, code of conduct and any other policy related to the department and the hotel.
Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy
Promote Energy efficiency and environment and identify improvement to support the Green Globe Policy.
Participate in trainings as and when requested by Management.
Maintain grooming as per standards at all times
