Responsible for design and drafting of MEP drawings of buildings and infrastructure works

Duties

The Draftsman (MEP) will have the following duties:

1. Responsible for design and drafting of MEP drawings of buildings and infrastructure works
2. Prepare coordinated drawings of all MEP services.
3. Quantity take-off from drawings
4. Prepare quantity schedules and measurements for analysis by engineering team
5. Preparation of as-built drawing which can include site surveys.
6. Participate in management and daily operations of drawing office

 Profile

1. The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP services.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of MEP.
3. Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
6. Strong skills in AutoCAD 2D.
7. Knowledge in AutoCAD 3D and Revit MEP will be an advantage.
