As member of the Documentum Enterprise Content Management team, you will be involved to help our customers to develop, customize and maintain their applications.

AEROW is a leader in IT, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), BI, Performance, Digital and Change Management.

AEROW has two missions :

• Consulting and MOA with a specialization in support, training and change management.
• Technical integration with any type of setting, customization and development.

As member of the ECM team, you will be involved to help customers to develop, customize and maintain ECM applications.

Responsibilities

-        Provide support to customers and project management team.

-        Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of ECM applications

-        Development of change requests and bugfixes (configuration, development with IDE)

-        Generate support activity reports

-        New releases application deployment

-        Occasional overtime, this is primarily an 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM weekday position

Qualifications/Experience

-        Hold a degree in Computer Science or any other related field.

-        Ability to provide technical support to customers

-        Excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills are required

-        The candidate must:

• be a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently;
• be able to collaborate and work successfully in a team environment;
• be able to learn task processes and have good time-management skills; and
• have an excellent work ethic.
