Job Description The team leader is in charge of overseeing the whole data collection process. His/her role is to ensure that the Data Management team is working accurately by providing coaching, training and technical knowledge.

The team leader is in charge of overseeing the whole data collection process. His/her role is to ensure that the Data Management team is working accurately by providing coaching, training and technical knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the local Data Management team: collecting and cross-checking data from companies, updating this on the EV database and ensuring accuracy of the information.

  • Ensure consistency in data, promote processes to ensure data unicity between our back office, client platforms and other databases

  • Respond to data and reporting related queries from internal and external clients

  • Daily task allocation, performance follow up and coaching of the local Data Management Team

  • Ensure that SLA and KPI’s are met (data upload, campaign launch coordination…)

  • Be commendable, lead-by example and ensure a positive attitude in the team

  • Recruit, integrate, train and coach newcomers

  • Participate in coordination of tasks and projects to improve/develop the current/new processes.

  • Additional responsibilities related to the function as and when required.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related discipline (e.g.: Management, International business…).

  • Proven experience in leadership and management is a must. Experience in data research, data-entry or data management will be an advantage

  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in research/Back Office with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional Languages will be an advantage.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRMs and Salesforce will be favoured.

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with people from all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Organized, efficient, patient, highly autonomous and proactive.

  • Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, to multi-task and prioritise, and to adhere to strict guidelines/instructions
