Who we want?
- proven strong track record (1 years min.) in dealing with
customers through phone
- Above standard interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Superb English or French, both written and spoken; another
primary language is an advantage (French, German, Arabic,
Spanish, Chinese)
- Strong personality able to deal with challenging tasks
- IT foundations (operational skills with MS Office, and if
you have coding background even better)
