Customer Support

The main responsibility will be to review customer processes.

1. Review or develop new procedures related to a specific customer.
2. Develop new tools to work with the customer.
3. Help Sales to go through the customer manual and highlight its specificities.
4. Help Sales to increase the success rate working a new customer.

An understanding of textile industry would be a plus and fluency in French, English and Creole( both written and spoken)
