Customer Service Officer

We are a fast-growing importer and distributor of biodegradable and compostable products and packaging materials. An ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We are recruiting.  Responsibilities:

- Promoting the Company's Vision, Mission and Values

- Manage incoming calls and/or customers.

- Issue sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse for deliveries.

- Credit collection.

- Admin responsibilities.

Experience & Profile

- HSC holders with at least one year of relevant working experience.

- Management Diploma or Degree holders may also apply. No prior experience is required. 

- Computer literate & good with numbers.

- Only candidates residing in the districts of Plaines Wilhems, Port Louis, or Pamplemousses will be considered.
