Our Client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. To coordinate the repairs or exchange of equipment with technicians
. To communicate and effectively assist customers with enquiries on the phone and update them on the progress of their repairs
. To provide price quotations and secure approval for repairs
. To handle outdoor customer requests and schedule intervention for our technicians
. To ensure that technicians receive all necessary information and documentation to carry out their interventions
. To check all warranty documents
. To ensure proper filing and prompt availability of information
Profile:
. HSC
. Passionate about delivering top class customer service
. Practical experience in a front line customer service role handling
. Should possess strong communication, listening and relationship building and problem solving skills
. Should be capable of working in stressful situations and in a team to ensure that work is completed efficiently
. IT literate and proficient with MS Office applications
