Le Warehouse Ltd 361 is looking for a customer service assistant responsible to act as the point of contact for the customers, providing administrative support and managing their queries to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Build effective communication and relationships with customers/service providers.
- Deal pleasantly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Identify promptly the nature of telephone call in a courteous manner.
- Address letters and emails in a professional manner.
- Follow up with ‘customer happy calls’ after each visit by technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update company databases accordingly.
- Provide Management with information to improve customer service and assist in finding solutions.
Job skills and requirements:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate.
- Clean and valid certificate of character.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Solid knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as in back-office and/or as a front liner.
- Good communication skills, attentive and take ownership.
- Motivated, flexible, friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work individually and cohesively as part of a team.
