JOB SUMMARY: To plan, organise, and conduct research used to update customer and prospect data. To analyse and provide recommendations, reports and dashboards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conducts independent market research, utilising an existing pre-populated database, as well as other resources such as research files, Internet, & archives.
  • Creates, maintains and updates database with accurate information. 
  • Develops and maintains a strong professional relationship with the various stakeholders. 
  • Meets deadlines and prioritise daily tasks to ensure that all work is completed on time. 
  • Solves practical problems and interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Support Management with up-to-date reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of action plans.
  • Create surveys and report on findings with visual aids.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Advanced Certificate / Diploma Holder or higher in any Management or Analytical field
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel at intermediate level at least, Outlook, Internet Explore, PowerPoint presentation). 
  • Good Analytical skills. 
  • Very good command of oral and written English. 
  • Very good telephone manner. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours

At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.
