The Customer Care Officer will mainly responsible in assisting the Customer Care Manager in his daily operations.
Duties:
- Attend and Resolve customer complaints via phone & email
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all steps as per set procedures are respected by all concerned department once complaint is received.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer complaints and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Carry out client satisfaction surveys’ and reviews
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum HSC Holder
- Previous customer support experience would be an advantage
- Fluency in English & French both written and oral.
