- Maintaining standard quality of the food
- Assist with tasks from the Head Chef
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the Di Roma Ltd
- Follow the FIFO methos to maximise freshness
- Assist in food imventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and personal hygiene styandards at all times
- Strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene and other health and safety guidelines
Person Specifications:
Holder of a culinary certificate
1 yr's experience in a similar position
Ability to take direction and work in a team
Available to work odd hours, Sundays and on public holidays
