Our Client is seeking to recruit a Contract Manager for its operation in Mauritius.
Responsibilities:
Payment Management
. Ensure all vendor and content provider invoices are paid in compliance with agreements.
. Coordinate with the company content owners to ensure invoices are accurate.
. Work with finance to forecast monthly content spend.
. Liaise with Content Providers on invoices and payment issues.
. Develop and manage systems to track invoice payments across multiple content providers.
Report Management
. Provide Content Providers with agreed performance and settlement reports.
. Answer report related questions from the Content Providers.
. Develop and manage a system to schedule monthly reports.
. Work with the Mauritius based Business Analyst and data team to plan and implement changes to the report requirements.
Data Management
. Ensure the database is accurate and ensure that new Content Provider report requirement can be delivered.
. Develop and manage a quality assurance process to check the accuracy of all settlement and usage reports.
Contract Management
. Have a thorough and detailed understanding of the content agreements to ensure correct adherence and execution by the partner.
. Coordinate and manage the internal and external sign off of content agreements.
. Ensure that finance are briefed on requirements from new content agreements.
Office Management
. Directly responsible for recruitment of new staff for the company.
. Deal with any office related issues
Profile:
. Tertiary qualification preferred.
. At least 7 years in contract management and / or reporting experience.
. Experience with implementing legal agreements.
. Flexibility to deal with changing requirements and work demands.
. Highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active and able to plan.
. Strong excel and statistic skills.
. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
. Fluent in English.
. Experience dealing with report management software would be ideal but not necessary.
. Good experience managing vendors.
