Compliance Officer

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a service excellence company, is looking for a Compliance Officer.

Our client, a service excellence company, is looking for a Compliance Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee all the statutory and internal compliance standards pertaining to the Quality Management System, Health & Safety and Corporate Licences.

Main responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS)

           (a)        Keep track of all QMS documents and ensure that all references are updated

           (b)        Ensure proper filing of soft and hard documents

           (c)        Audit gaps - do follow-up with Process Owners

Health & Safety

           (a)        Do follow-up of the H&S Risk Management

           (b)        Monitor monthly pest control status with supplier

           (c)        Ensure timely servicing of fire extinguishers

           (d)        Coordinate timely Machine Examination of forklift, transpallets, cold rooms, air receivers and ensure that all recommendations are complied with

           (e)        Do follow-up on maintenance of air conditionners

            (f)        Keep track of the maintenance of all H&S equipment

Corporate requirements and licences

           (a)        Ensure renewal of Rights Management Society licence for Café du Theatre

           (b)        Company vehicles

• ensure that all servicing and fitness are done on time
• ensure that all insurance vignettes are correctly affixed

Do monthly reporting of compliance standards

Any additional task as instructed by the Manager.

Qualification:

• Degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience.
