Your role:

Get insight of the market compensation practice through
Sourcing and contacting potential candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks
Researches on adequate websites
Find specialized providers
Analyze and do reporting on the collected data
Create a tool to structure the analysis of all the collected data
 

Ideal Candidate

At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, creation of structured reporting
Good communication skills
Analytical skills & Good attention to details
Interested by the recruitment environment & HR environment
Speaks fluent English & French
Proficient on Microsoft office applications, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and to think out of the box
