We are hiring a Communication Coordinator to join our Communication & Media Relations department based at Bel Ombre.

 

Overview of the Role:

The Communication Coordinator position is an administrative role supporting the Communication team of Heritage Resorts (Bel Ombre) in executing and monitoring communication strategies. This role will involve creating communication and marketing materials as well as managing, drafting, and publishing contents for guest experiences and Digital platforms for Heritage Resorts. This role also involves tracking and reporting analytics on marketing and communications campaigns, Digital in-resort App and coordinating promotional events.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily management of all internal digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly communication calendar.
  • Update and maintain content across hotel platforms, including the website, social media, in-room TV systems, and digital super screens.
  • Write, edit, and proofread communication materials such as newsletters, website blogs, mobile App content, and other digital copy.
  • Ensure accuracy, correct grammar, and consistency with brand voice before publication.
  • Manage and continuously update operational QR codes used across the hotel.
  • Gather and propose innovative ideas for enhancements to the in-resort App.
  • Support the execution of communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure messaging and visual identity are consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Participate in operational meetings to extract key updates and draft aligned communication content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations to improve communication practices.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on communication campaign performance.
  • Track and analyse the performance of the in-resort online App.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements and optimisation opportunities.
  • Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and press contacts.
  • Conduct outreach to media, magazines, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate media trips, influencer visits, and promotional events.
Candidate's Profile:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years in communication, digital marketing or hospitality.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to analyse digital and communication performance data.
  • Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality and proactiveness.
