Our client is seeking to recruit a Communication Coordinator for its operation.
Responsibilities
Maintain the Group's branding with respect to all internal and external communication initiatives.
Ensure the efficient production, distribution and maintenance of all communication materials.
Track and monitor all internal and external communications mediums to ensure adherence to company standards.
Research, develop and edit a wide variety of communication materials, consistency integrating corporate branding and messaging strategy.
Deliver media plan, briefing materials and releases and assist with media queries.
Monitor and review the media.
Develop content for various digital and social media platforms
Monitor costing of printing for all communication materials and advise on efficiencies and cost saving.
Ensure that invoices are effectively managed.
Ensure that all information is correctly recorded and easily accessible.
Assist Marketing and Communication teams as and when required.
Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations.
Manage relationship with press, agencies and all stakeholders for the announcement of any news related to the Group.
Keep up to date with communication trends.
Profile
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communication / Public Relations Management
At least 3 years' in a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills both English and French.
