Central Planning Officer

Responsible for sample planning and coordination, and monitoring of critical path and logistics to meet production start date

Job title: Central Planning Officer

Reports to: Central Planning Manager

Duties:

Sample planning		Plan sample priorities based on capacity and getting all inhouse
		Plan sample fabrics, sample patterns, sample artwork, sample print & embro, sample garments
		Data entry for sample planning on system
		Coordinate with diff depts to ensure sample priorities are followed
Order launch		Data entry for order launch data (PSD, Prod month, Prod unit)
Critical path coordination		Constant monitoring of PSD vs Fabric in fty vs Sealer in fty vs Accs in fty vs P/E parameters in fty
		Identify items linked to sample and prioritise in planning
Order Book update		Update new entries in Order Book and ensure order released on system
Data audit, analysis		Record discrepancies wrt SLA with other depts and assist in reports and data analysis

Qualifications:

- HSC (Mathematics/Science)

Skills:

- Strong analytical, organisation and problem solving skills

- Proficient in excel

- Knowledge of textiles and merchandising will be an advantage
