Interact by phone with outside parties to make appointments, collect information, invite to webcasts and fairs or conduct follow-up.
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner:
• Contact businesses/individuals by phone
• Maintain customers/potential customers data bases
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, call notes and call reports as necessary
and updating them in the CRM.
• Complete call logs and reports
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance
level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company
• Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal
departments/supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience/Requirements:
• Interest in IT and IT related topics, especially Storage solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices or willingness to learn
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods
