Café LUX Casual Waiter/Waitress (Bagatelle, Trianon & Caudan Outlets)

The Waiter/Waitress will be serving a wide range of customers of the hotel including taking orders, ensuring that food service and quality meet regulatory requirements, and making sure Guests are provided with LUX* Shining service.

Café LUX* is looking for Casual Waiter / Waitress during school holidays (November 2017 to January 2018).

Reporting to the Café LUX* Manager, the successful incumbent will be accountable to:

• The Café LUX*Casual Waiter will be serving a wide range of customers of the Café LUX* Outlet including taking orders, ensuring the outlet meets quality and food service regulatory requirements, and making sure Guests are provided with LUX* Shining service.
• The Café LUX* Casual Waiter will provide an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible; thus maintaining LUX* Resorts & Hotels’ brand reputation.
• This role has a strong hospitality element and must ensure that the outlet delivers high-quality food, coffee and excellent customer service

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• High levels of integrity.
• Passionate about service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers’ Certificate.
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
