Main Duties
To assist Control room senior operator throughout the production.
To verify all machine in operation state (clean, safe and in running conditions)
To follow production operating conditions and intervene on any equipment malfunctioning electrically and mechanically.
To monitor production and utilities through SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) software program and control panels ensuring working parameters meet quality and quantity objectives.
To carry out documentations of implemented process and production details.
To carry out cleaning in place program along the process line.
To dismantle and assemble equipment at the end of production.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for qualified candidates having the following:
Advanced national levels/certificates / D.U.S.T/BTS or other acceptable relevant qualifications in electrical and/or mechanical engineering
Computer literate
High level of attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team working skills
Flexibility to work odd hours and on rotating 24 hour shift system.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields would be an advantage.
