Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage to identify any suspicious, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording systems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, escalating to relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of surveillance activity and incidents.
• Assist law enforcement and management with footage retrieval and evidence collection.
• Ensure all cameras are functional and report malfunctions or coverage issues.
• Follow privacy and data protection protocols strictly.
• Provide support during investigations, as required.
• Remain vigilant and alert throughout the shift.
• Monitor Fire alarm Panel and report any fire activation on panel.

About you:

The ideal candidate should have the knowledge of security systems and camera operations, a proven experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort. The ideal candidate be qualified in Cctv operator IVMS/Fleet Vision and be computer literate. He/ She must be familiar with data protection and privacy laws.
