Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the financial sector, is looking for a Business System Administrator.

 

Our client, in the financial sector, is looking for a Business System Administrator.

Reporting to the Business System Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to monitor, maintain and update the Fiduciary Digital database(s) ensuring that the business maintains accurate digital data enabling information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor and update key data fields within the Fiduciary Digital database(s)

  • All fields required from regulatory reporting such as FATCA and CRS, in accordance with group and business data management and security policies/procedures.
  • Co-ordinate themed data cleansing projects from time to time.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR requirements.
  • Navision.
  • DSX.

Monitor and manage reporting processes

  • Assist with the collation and annual reporting of data for FATCA and CRS.
  • Assist in the design and/or create data exception reports (primarily for key data fields).
  • Assist in the design of new management reports and data extraction when needed.
  • Extract and analyse information from Fiduciary Digital database(s) as required by the Executive team.

Business Systems

  • Assist with the testing of patches and upgrades to the Fiduciary Digital database(s).
  • Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with troubleshooting data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications.
  • Assist in the design of fiduciary digital data policies for effective data management of fiduciary data (primarily within the business’ Microsoft Dynamic – Navision system) formulating techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data

Qualification:

  • HSC or Diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Office Administration would be an advantage

Candidate profile:

  • Good knowledge of Trust and data administration
  • Basic understanding of business risks
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
