Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the Real Estate Industry is looking for a Business Support Executive.

 

Our client, in the Real Estate Industry is looking for a Business Support Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the CEO and Senior Management Team in achieving project delivery as per the work plan defined. To conduct research and collect data to support the vision and strategy defined by the CEO and Board of Directors.

Main responsibilities:

Research & Project Assessment

  • Conduct research, data collection, analysis and report writing to be presented to the CEO and Senior Management Team;
  • Generate cost/benefit analysis and business impact analysis for executive leadership team;
  • Undertake feasibility studies, business plans and financial analysis;
  • Draft, assess, check and store various reports and documents required by management;
  • Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information.

Project Management

  • Support the CEO and Senior Management in achieving project delivery expectations;
  • Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for project managers and Senior Projects Executive to execute;
  • Assist in the follow up and monitoring of projects and business units;
  • Ensure proper follow and monitoring on projects and provide appropriate feedback to the Management.

Admin

  • Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team;
  • Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget;
  • Schedule, plan meetings and appointments with the stakeholders (internal and external);
  • Assist the CEO and Senior Management in preparing reports and analysis for Board and Committee meetings;
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, local authorities and colleagues.

Any other assignments as may be delegated.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communication, Law, Property Development, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience acquired during undergraduate studies would be desirable.
