ENL Corporate Services Ltd is looking for a Business Processes Specialist to assist the Head of Business Process in controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating business processes for continuous improvement.

 


The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to work autonomously and have a broad thinking to challenge the “statu quo” as well as being highly motivated and results driven.

The Business Processes Specialist will have as main responsiblites to:

  • Direct and facilitate the ongoing lean improvement process through the use of techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Measurement, Standardization, 5S and Pareto.

  • Use best practices and standards to map out existing processes and design new ones.

  • Identify priorities, scope,action plans and monitor progress to coordinate the implementation of improvements projects.

  • Use of metrics to report and communicate projects’ impacts for Business Units.

  • Ensure that the respective project teams and key stakeholders are kept informed across relevant project activities across the Group. 

  • Ensure risks and issues are identified and communicated in a timely manner.

  • Ensure continuity of improved processes in the Business Units.

Successful applicants should have the following:

  • Degree Holder or other post-graduate qualifications in related field.

  • At least 4 years’ experience with methodologies in business process, project management, Lean Management, Change management and organizational redesign experience.

  • An excellent writing and reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities, including problem structuring, analysis and ability to translate information into actionable implications and recommendations.

  • A good negotiating and influential skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
