Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings and preparing sales presentations to potential clients with a view of closing business deals.
• Establish and build new relationships with potential Brokers and Agents and target customers that have prospective business and support them to maximise sales potential and profitable growth.
• Work closely with underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration.
• Business development and marketing experience of minimum 5 years and in meeting sales targets.

Candidate profile:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry.
