• At least 2 years work-related experience in F&B operation in the related field • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
Attend daily briefings in his/her department
Regularly clear and clean tables and the bar counter, and empties ashtrays
Perform “mise en place” of tables and the bar counter
Display bottles and ensures that glasses are polished
Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in respective bar
Perform “mise en place” for cocktails and prepares drinks
Welcome guests and serves snacks and beverage
Check stock levels of the bar, prepares requisitions and ensures replenishment is done timeously
Present bill to guests and ensures that they are signed or paid and post same on the system
Handle all materials and equipment to avoid breakages and performs inventories
Ensure that closing down procedures are followed
Promote bar items as per upselling standards
